Docent Application

As a Docent you must commit to volunteer two full seasons after graduation in Youth Tours. Your commitment will be in an Interpretive capacity on grounds, for a minimum of 3½ hrs per week, including one weekday morning education class at 8:30am in the Education Center. If you cannot make this commitment, please consider becoming a General Volunteer.

	As a Docent of The Living Desert, you agree to: Maintain a Living Desert Membership Work at least 2 seasons after graduation as a youth tour guide Purchase a docent shirt Complete Docent Training Program Attend weekly AM Ed. Class for a minimum of 2 years
