Irvine Patio and
Demonstration Garden

The perfect place for cocktail parties, family gatherings, and elegant outdoor dining, The Irvine Patio offers guest an elegant escape to the Southwest with towering palm trees, shaded benches, animal sculptures, and nearby picnic area. Restrooms are conveniently located around the corner from the Patio, and is the space is fully equipped with lighting. A sound system can also be added. The space can accommodate 100 seated, and 250 standing. The Irvine Patio is adjacent to our Demonstration Garden, featured in Sunset Magazine in numerous other publications. Its modern take on southwestern design is highlighted by waterfall sculptures, lush desert plants, rustic gates and doors, and winding pathways to a small, shaded courtyard perfect for small ceremonies or photo opportunities.

EVENING RATES: $800.00

A special rental package featuring use of the Irvine Patio, Demonstration Garden, and Hoover Room is available for an evening rate of $1,200.00

Basic staffing is included for evening rentals, which includes event coordination, parking lot attendant, maintenance, and security. Additional staffing fees may apply. All rental rates are for a 3-hour block. Extra hours may be added for a minimum fee of $250.00 per hour. Hoover Room

Located at the Hoover Education Building, this meeting room is perfect for corporate presentations, luncheon meetings, and more. The space opens to the Irvine Patio, and features a digital projector and screen, along with a sound system. The space can accommodate 84 seated, 200 standing. During evenings, the adjacent Discovery Room for children can be available for an additional fee of $150.00.
